Police: Man strong armed 80-year-old woman, stole her purse

Police have arrested a man they say stole a purse from an 80-year-old woman.
Lincoln Police say 49-year-old Paul Winiarski, previously of Pawtucket, stole the purse from the victim who was getting out of her car at Twin River on Easter Sunday.
After examining surveillance video, police were able to identify Winiarski and arrested him.
He was arraigned on a felony 1st degree robbery charge.
Reports say Winiarski strong-armed the woman and left her with minor injuries.
