Police report series of vehicle break-ins in Glocester neighborhood
GLOCESTER, R.I. (WLNE) — Police reported a series of vehicle break-ins and thefts in Glocester early Monday morning.
Officials said the suspects targeted the neighborhood on Jackson Schoolhouse Road.
Police said officers in the area caught the criminals in the act and intervened.
The suspects led police on a chase and ultimately evaded officers, per authorities.
Police said they successfully recovered a stolen vehicle and assorted personal items.
Officials reminded the community to lock up their vehicles and take personal belongings inside.
Authorities added a video of the individuals involved and their getaway vehicle.
