Police responded to a fight at Central Falls High School on Tuesday (WLNE)

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Police responded to a fight at Central Falls High School on Tuesday evening.

Rhode Island State Police said the Central Falls Police Department responded to the incident at 7:27 p.m.

Officials said several State Police Troopers were called in for backup but were ultimately not needed.

A basketball game between Central Falls and West Warwick High School was taking place around the time of the fight.
