FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said it has made an arrest in connection to a shooting that occurred on Orange Street on May 9.

22-year-old Jesus Santana was charged with two counts of abuse prevention order violation and trafficking 10 grams or more of fentanyl.

Fall River police said officers responded to Orange Street around 9:45 p.m. to find a victim who had “sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the leg and shoulder.”
