Police search for bank robbery suspect

Police in Barrington are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who robbed a Bank of America Tuesday.

Police say the suspect walked into the bank on County Road at around 12:50 and demanded money from the teller.

He was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene. No note was given or weapon was shown.

Police describe him as a white male wearing a light colored hat, aviator sunglasses standing approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall with a thin build, approximately 22 to 30 years old.

He was wearing what appeared to be a light color grey US Postal Service Jacket with a patch on the left shoulder and pants with a stripe. He was also wearing a light beige neck band around his throat.
