Police search for man in armed sexual assault

Woonsocket Police are looking for a man they believe is involved in an armed sexual assault after meeting the victim online.
Police say the man, whose screen name is Ben Franks, and the female victim met through a social media dating site and agreed to meet at her residence.
On May 7, at around 8:30 p.m. the suspect arrived at the residence and tried to get the victim to go for a ride. When she refused, he pulled out a handgun and placed it against her face. He then dragged her to a secluded area and assaulted her. He then walked straight to the vehicle and drove off.
Police describe him as a light skinned Hispanic male, 25-30 years old, 5’9″ tall, with long black hair worn in pig tails. He also had short-scruffy facial hair.
Police say the car is described as an older model dark blue Jeep Cherokee Liberty with unknown
They say he was driven to residence by an unknown black male, possibly in his 30’s.
