UPDATE: Police found missing woman who drowned in Bunk Pond

TAUNTON, MASS. (WLNE) — Officials said they have found an adult female’s body in Bunk Pond after reports of a drowning at Bunk Pond on Saturday.

Police responded to a report of a potential drowning at Bunk Pond in Taunton on Saturday at approximately 4:30 p.m., and eventually were able to find the body of the deceased woman in the pond.

Officials told ABC 6 that the North Bristol Dive Team and the Southeastern Law Enforcement Council Dive Team were able to recover the body from the pond.
