Police: Some Westport farm animals were starved to death

Preliminary necropsy results show that some of the animals found at the Westport farm were starved to death.
Westport Police say they found more than 1,000 animals at the 70-acre property back in July.
Many were dead or injured.
Investigators also found 20 possible burial sites, with remains inside 7 of them.
Horses, goats, dogs and cows were just some of the animals that were rescued. Many have since been put up for adoption.
