Police: Three students injured in bus crash

South Kingstown, R.I. — A school bus in South Kingstown perched on a hill on Tower Hill Road Thursday afternoon.

Officials say the 35-year-old female bus driver suffered a sudden medical episode, causing the bus to go off the road and crashing onto the hill. 

The bus was coming from the Bradley School.

Aside from the bus driver, an aide and four students were on the bus. 

Police say three students suffered minor injuries and were transported to South County Hospital and the bus driver was transported to RI Hospital with minor injuries.
