Police try to identify suspected Woonsocket bank robber

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who robbed a Bank of America in Woonsocket Monday morning.
Police say the suspect walked into the branch on Diamond Hill Road at around 9:50 a.m. and passed a teller a note.
The suspect then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Woonsocket Police Department.
