Portsmouth man arrested for child pornography

On March 5 the Rhode Island Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) included Bruce Foucart, a Special Agent from the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) along with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service executed a search warrant, entered Dr. Cobb’s home then seized laptops and cell phones as forensic evidence.
The investigation revealed photos and videos of two females who were juveniles at the time the photos were taken.

The suspect was identified and arrested on one count for the receipt and distribution of child pornography.
Dr. Cobb appeared in court and was detained without bond. He was issued a no contract orders with the victims.
