Eight charged with DUI in Portsmouth over the weekend

Eight people were arrested in Portsmouth this past weekend, charged with driving under the influence.

Police had increased patrol due to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Newport.

The individuals charged with intoxication of liquor and/or drugs while operating a vehicle are:

Harrison A. Patuto, 21, of Portsmouth, RI.

David A. Blackman, 34, of Bristol, RI.

Derek J. Mure, 28, of Portsmouth, RI.

Mario J. Melo, 47, of Tiverton, RI.

Deanna B. Andrews, 24, of Fall River, MA.

David M. Gibeau, 29, of Fall River, MA.

Deborah A. McGowan, 55, of Portsmouth, RI.

Eric J. Barros, 29, of Rehoboth, MA.
