Jury selection is set to begin in the long awaited trial of the founder of the Institute of International Sport.
Dan Doyle was indicted in 2013 and is accused of forging signatures and stealing over a million dollars through salary increases and personal expenses.
The trial, which will take places in Washington County Court, is set to take anywhere from two to four months.
Back in June, Doyle held a press conference where he declared his innocence.
“I will not leave this planet until my name is cleared as in completely cleared. And, I will not leave this planet until the individuals behind this are held fully accountable.”
Doyle filed a motion to dismiss the charges a couple of weeks ago.
The court is expected to take that up on Wednesday.
