President Bill Clinton returning to RI for campaign event

President Bill Clinton will be returning to Rhode Island next week for a ‘Get Out the Vote Event.’ The announcement came just hours after Hillary Clinton’s campaign finished holding an event at Central Falls High School Saturday evening.
During the event the President Clinton will discuss why his wife is the best candidate to raise wages and break down all the barriers holding families back, according to the release.
This will be Clinton’s second visit to the state in recent weeks. He recently held a rally on CCRI’s Knight Campus in Warwick.
No additional details on the upcoming trip to the state were immediately available.
Rhode Island’s primary is set for Tuesday, April 26th.
