Prout edged Ponaganset,1-0 to advance in the D-II baseball playoffs. The Chieftains were eliminated in the loser’s backet game.

North Kingstown rallied to beat LaSalle, 4 to 2 in a Division 1 winner’s bracket softball showdown at RIC.
