Providence extends overnight warming center hours

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Mayor Brett Smiley said that the DaVinci Center will remain open as an overnight warming center due to extreme cold expected Friday night.

The center will be open from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

In addition to the DaVinci Center, the following overnight locations will be open to the public:

  • Crossroads RI at 160 Broad St.
  • Providence Rescue Mission at 627 Cranston St.
  • Emmanuel House at 239 Public St.

Anyone interested in volunteering or donating supplies can fill out this form.
