Providence honors Pope Francis, Fall River to hold mass for late pontiff

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Diocese of Fall River will hold a memorial mass Monday evening to celebrate and remember the late Pope Francis.

That service begins at 7 p.m. at Saint Mary’s Cathedral, and will be lead by Bishop Edgar da Cunha.

The diocese of Providence also held masses in honor of the late pontiff over the weekend.
