Providence man shot in the head in downtown Providence

A 25 year-old man from Providence was shot in the head Saturday.

According to police, Angel Toj was shot once in the head around 2:50 a.m. This occurred in a parking lot near Washington Street downtown.

Police say the wound was severe and as of Saturday night, Toj is in critical condition.

Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
