Providence police investigating after man shot in leg
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Providence Police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday evening.
Police tell ABC6 News crews a man was shot in the leg near Valley Street and Atwells Avenue. That victim is expected to recover.
A heavy police presence could be seen near the Mobil station at the corner of Valley and Atwells shortly after 6 p.m.
