Providence Police respond to shots fired at shopping plaza

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Police set up a scene at the Branch Avenue Plaza Shopping Center on Wednesday.

The Providence Police Department said officers responded to a report of shots fired, and that there were no victims at the time.

ABC 6 News crews on scene saw police tape as well as a police vehicle blocking off part of the plaza’s parking lot.
