Providence police respond to stabbing incident

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence police responded to a stabbing incident that occurred Monday afternoon on Dorrance Street.

The 31-year-old victim was reportedly stabbed in the left torso/rib area near the 7-11 store on Dorrance Street and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim was described as uncooperative and did not file a complaint.
