Providence Runner Molly Huddle Sets American Record with 6th Place Time in 10,000 Meters in Rio

Providence runner Molly Huddle set a new American record in the 10,000 meter final at Rio.  Her time of 30:13.17 put her in 6th place at the finish line.  Ethopia’s Almaz Ayana smashed the world record in winning the event in a time of 20:17.46.
