Providence Streets Coalition to hold vigil for new safety measures on North Main Street

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Streets Coalition will hold a vigil tonight to remember those who lost their lives on North Main Street.
Four pedestrians have died on North Main Street in 18 months, according to the PSC.
PSC said today’s vigil will also serve as a rally for new safety measures on North Main Street before someone else gets hurt.
That vigil starts at 5 p.m. this evening at the corner of North Main Street and Branch Avenue.
