R.I. communities offer warming centers, frigid temperatures

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency announces that due to extremely cold temperatures, communities throughout the state will have warming centers open to the public for those who need to seek temporary shelter.
