Rain returns Saturday night with improving weather each day next week

Minor coastal flooding is also possible Sunday morning

It was nice to have the sun back for a day, but this weekend we return to the clouds. Saturday will be dry but mostly overcast, with maybe a few last peaks of sun in the morning.

Another rainstorm will also dump an additional 1″ Saturday night beginning around 8p, with downpours during the overnight hours.

Sunday morning could also feature some minor coastal flooding during high tide. The new moon coupled with a south wind will push tides 1-2′ higher than normal.

Sunday will have ample dry time as the rain exits early. A few breaks of sun and a few sprinkles can’t be ruled out in the afternoon as it also turns windy and chilly.

This will be the case on Monday as well, with highs once again in the 40s but feeling like the 30s with the wind.

The midweek is full of sunshine with a gradual warming trend as well –  highs could top 60 by the end of the week!
