Raynham firefighters battle flames at mobile home

RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — The Raynham Fire Department said they extinguished a mobile home fire Sunday afternoon.
According to officials, firefighters responded to a call for a reported fire on Easy Street around 1:22 p.m.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they said they saw smoke coming from the front of a mobile home. Crews were able to knock down the flames and the situation was declared under control at 3 p.m.
Raynham police and Brewster Ambulance provided aid at the scene. No injuries were reported from the fire.
Officials said nobody was home at the time of the fire but the unit was deemed uninhabitable. One person is displaced and is being assisted by family and friends.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
