Red Cross helping resident after fire in Coventry

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) – The Red Cross announced Thursday they are helping one adult after a fire on Chandler Drive.

The Red Cross says the victim was given a comfort kit with items like toothbrushes and deodorant, and will work with case workers on a long-term recovery plan.

ABC6 is attempting to reach the Coventry Fire Department for more information.
