Red Flag Warning issued in Rhode Island
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Division of Forest Environment issued a red flag warning that will be in effect until 8 p.m. Saturday.
The National Weather Service said a red flag warning “means warm temperatures, very low humidities, and stronger winds” produce an increased fire risk.
The Warren Fire Department also reminded the public that no outdoor burnings are allowed during a warning.
