Remaining Quite Comfortable Until Midweek

High pressure settling to the south of New England Monday will provide us with another delightful day with very dry conditions as dewpoints temperatures will still be 40s. Expect a good deal of sunshine in Monday morning with a few clouds mixing in during the afternoon as highs reach the upper 70s to near 80. Nights will be quite pleasant as well falling into the 50s with a few of the typical coolest spots slipping into the upper 40s even.
A “cold front” will bring increasing clouds on Tuesday, but the threat for any showers will hold off until Wednesday, but I’m not expecting much in the way of total waterfall from such a weak boundary trying to infiltrate this very dry air mass. There will be a better shot at some showers Thursday with a more organized system racing through, but temperatures will remain in the mid 70s for the most part all week long.
