Repeat of yesterday; smoke is still a problem
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) —
Mass Department of Environmental Protection has issued an Air Quality Action Day for Massachusetts. For all of we will still see our air quality exceed healthy levels, and even though the smoke is slightly better- it’s still causing a problem for us.
This storm system is just circulating and not making much progress and that’s also producing some of these spotty showers we will see periodically through out the day today.
For tomorrow, increasing clouds and more pop up scattered showers with a possibility of one or two becoming a little strong, but we’ll keep an eye on that.
TODAY: 68. Partly cloudy, scattered afternoon showers. WNW 5-15mph.
FRIDAY: High 68. Scattered showers.
SATURDAY: High 70. A few spot showers early.
SUNDAY: High 80.Warm.
MONDAY: High 79.
TUESDAY: High 72. Thunderstorm chances.
WEDNESDAY: High 74.
