Rhode Island: Single and multi-family sold home prices rise, condo prices fall

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The median sold prices of single-family homes and multi-family homes in Rhode Island rose in the second quarter of 2024, while the sold prices of condominiums dropped.

According to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the median sold price of a single-family home rose by 9.3 percent from 2023, coming in at $470,130.

Multi-family homes median sold price went up 12.8 percent to $530,000.

Condominiums in the Ocean State saw a price drop of 3.5 percent to $352,250 in the second quarter.
