RI DCYF discloses death of 18-year-old

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) has disclosed the death of an 18-year-old youth who was involved with the organization at the time of the incident.

The incident occurred on September 13.

DCYF notified the Office of the Child Advocate of the incident.
