RI DCYF discloses near-fatality of teen
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Youth, Children and Families (DCYF) disclosed the near-fatality of a 15-year-old youth.
The incident occurred on Saturday, and the Office of the Child Advocate was notified.
The teen was involved with DCYF at the time of this incident.
