Rick’s Bar & Grill fire ruled arson

An early morning fire at a Woonsocket bar has been ruled arson.
29-year-old Jarod Wilson was arrested and charged after Rick’s Bar & Grill broke out in flames around 3:00am Tuesday.
Crews determined the fire was suspicious in nature and an investigation led to Wilson’s arrest.
He was held without bail pending a bail hearing later this month.
