RIDOH recommends reopening Hope Community Service Pond in Scituate
SCITUATE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Health recommended reopening the Hope Community Service Pond due to safe bacteria levels.
RIDOH recommended closing the swimming area of the pond on July 15 after high bacteria counts were found in the water.
RIDOH deemed the pond safe for swimming on Tuesday.
