RIDOT announces changes to Route 37 bridge construction

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Department of Transportation has announced changes coming to Route 37 due to ongoing bridge projects.

Starting February 2, traffic patterns on Route 37 West to the Post Road Interchange and I-95 North ramp will begin.

Route 37 West over Jefferson Boulevard will continue to be reduced to one lane as construction shifts from one side of the bridge to the other, this will remain in effect until the fall.
