RIPTA public hearing location changed

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will be holding public hearings regarding service changes throughout Rhode Island.

The hearings will take place February 12-15, 19 and 21.

The service changes are a result of driver shortages, according to RIPTA.

The hearings will take place at the following locations and times:

Monday, February 12, 2024
Barrington Public Library
281 County Road, Barrington
Times: 12:30 – 2 p.m. & 5:30 – 7 p.m.
