Roger Williams Zoo welcomes baby sloth
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Roger Williams Park Zoo said that it was celebrating International Sloth Day by welcoming a new baby sloth.
The zoo said the sloth was born to parents Fiona and Riley on Oct. 11.
The baby is behind-the-scenes being monitored by staff.
