Rollover crash in Providence block lanes for over 2 hours

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – Police were called to the scene of a rollover crash on Thursday morning. 

According to Rhode Island State Police, they started receiving phone calls about an accident around 7:30 a.m, on I-95 South near exit 19. 

Police confirmed a white Chevy utility truck was driving on the road when it received a flat rear tire. 

The flat caused the car to turn on it’s side and begin to roll, blocking the right lane. 

Police cleaned the scene at approximately 9:43 a.m, and no injuries have been reported.
