Route 146 in North Smithfield reopens after crash

NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island State Police said Route 146 in North Smithfield was reopened Monday evening after a crash.

The Rhode Island Department of Transportation reported that all northbound travel lanes had been closed at Exit 10 North to Park Square.

Police said a jackknifed pickup and trailer blocked the lanes and added that traffic was being diverted onto Sayles Hill Road.
