Sagres Restaurant hopes to reopen pending board approval

The Sagres Restaurant does plan on reopening, according to Victor DaSilva, son of founder Antonio DaSilva. However this is all contingent on approval from the Fall River Zoning Board.
DaSilva says the family plans on going in front of the board at next months meeting and if approved, they would like to reopen the restaurant by next May.
