Seasonable with shower chances all week

This week is shaping up to be similar to last week, only a little warmer and a with shower chances a little more spaced out.

Showers are moving in tonight – some producing downpours – and will linger into early Tuesday morning.

Tuesday looks to be mostly dry but also mostly cloudy during daylight hours. Don’t rule out some breaks of sun, but don’t rule out a shower.

Wednesday starts dry but showers will move in during the afternoon and evening hours. Sense a bit of a pattern here?

Thursday looks mostly dry and will probably be be the best day of the work week, before – you guessed it, more showers appear on Friday.

The reason for the back and forth pattern? An upper level low will slowly move across the northeast, spitting out several short-waves this week.

Last week also features an ULL, although it sat mostly stationary and brought a more uniform daily shower chance. It also provided cooler air.

The good news? This one begins to move away as we head into the weekend, which means good weather for dad assuming no changes in the coming days.

Have a great night!
