Crowds gather at this year’s Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — Festivities were in full swing in Newport for the city’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The parade travelled down Broadway, through Washington Square, Thames Street, and America’s Cup Avenue, and finished at St. Augustin’s Church.
