Shed bursts into flames in Lakeville

LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WLNE) — The Lakeville Fire Department responded to a shed fire yesterday. 

The call came in around 12 p.m. from an individual who said that a shed was on fire at the rear of a home on Staples Shore Road.

Crews arrived on scene and observed a column of smoke from the area of the fire, soon discovering that fire involved a wood-framed structure. 

Multiple mutual aid partners were called in; including Raynham, Middleborough, and Freetown. 

No injuries were reported.
