Another weekend, another tropical system to deal with in Southern New England. This time it’s Tropical Depression Ophelia which is making its’ way through the mid-Atlantic states through Sunday. Even though the storm is well to our southwest, we still have all of these showers to deal with. Sunday will be cloudy with patchy fog in addition to the showers and high temperatures will once again be in the 60s, well below average in the low 70s. Another round of rain is expected Sunday night into Monday morning with a lingering chance of showers into the afternoon. We finally get back to sunshine and seasonable temperatures by midweek.
