Police standoff ends at West Warwick home

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — There was a significant emergency response at a house in West Warwick on Tuesday night.

Harris Avenue was closed until just before 1 a.m. Wednesday, as police and SWAT teams were on-scene.

A person was seen being removed from the home on a stretcher.
