UPDATE: Elderly Portsmouth man found safe

UPDATE; Joseph Raduano has been located and is safe, according to Portsmouth PD.

The Portsmouth Police Department announces a Silver Alert for a man with Alzheimers and Dementia.

A Silver Alert has been broadcast for missing senior citizen Joseph Raduano, 83, who bears a RI registration 941661. He is 5’7 and 165 pounds.

The vehicle he is driving is a white 2010 S55 Mercedes Benz and suffers from Alzheimers and Dementia.

Raduano was last seen on Indian Avenue in Portsmouth. The last time he went missing he was found in Framingham, MA.
