UPDATE: Woman found after Silver Alert issued in Newport

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE)– UPDATE: The Rhode Island State Police announced that Laura Hance Rodriguez had been found on Monday night.

Newport Police issued a Silver Alert for a woman last seen Monday afternoon.

Laura Hance Rodriguez, 62, was believed to be endangered due to physical and/or mental health issues.

Hance Rodriguez is described as 5’7″ and 161 pounds, and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a green and blue tank top with white writing, and gray slides.

Her last known location was a cell phone ping near T.F. Green Airport.

Hance Rodriguez is possibly traveling to Pennsylvania.
