Snow showers Thursday afternoon, warming trend into next week

The wind has eased since yesterday but the cold remains. Another night with lows 8-15° across the area.

Sun gives way to clouds tomorrow with snow showers developing in the afternoon. Another storm staying south and going out to sea.

The only ones that get measurable snow (> 1″) are the Cape and Islands.

We finally have a nice stretch of weather through the weekend and into next week, with temps warming each day.

Wouldn’t be surprised to approach 50° by Wednesday or Thursday.

There does look to be another snow to rain event Thursday night into Friday morning, but still well down the road.
