Snow arrives by daybreak. Snow continues Saturday morning before changing to rain by late morning and early afternoon. 1-3" of snow expected for locations south of Providence and 3-6" for locations north and northwest of Providence before a change to rain. Snowy and slick roads expected tomorrow morning.
